Middle School Sports Performance Training

This 90 minute program is designed to help each athlete achieve their peak athletic performance.  The training sessions are focused on teaching and improving SPEED (linear/lateral), EXPLOSIVE POWER, STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, FLEXIBILITY and INJURY PREVENTION exercises. 

Times: Monday -Thursday 4:00pm & 6:00pm    Friday 4:00pm    Saturday 11:00am

Pricing:
2 days/week (8 sessions) - $150/mo.
4 days/week (16 sessions) -  $200/mo.
"ALL IN" Membership (unlimited sessions) - $450 for 3 months (paid in full)

Vertical explosiveness (jumping ability)---Rapid force production---Rotational development---Explosive strength

FITNESS:

Stamina---Muscle tone---Durability---Speed endurance

RECOVERY:

Muscle Regeneration---Nutrition plans for athletes---Physiological adaptations---Rest and Stress management
