Circuit Training
Times: M/W/F 5:00am & 5:30am
Description: This 45 minute class is an efficient and challenging form of training, for a wide variety of fitness levels, that focuses on developing strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination Each class consists of 8-12 exercise stations completed for 60 seconds in sequence with 30-60 seconds rest. Limited spots available.
Total Body Conditioning
Times: Tuesday/Thursday 5:30am
Description: Total Body Conditioning is a 60 minute total body workout! You’ll be using only your body weight to sculpt strong muscles in your upper body, lower body, and core. Plyometrics, agility, and pure cardio will make you work every muscle group, so prepare to get your heart racing and sweat pouring! Total Body Conditioning is a great workout for everyone, and plenty of options are available for all fitness levels. Limited spots available.
Barbell Training
Times: Wednesday 6:00pm Saturday 9:30am
Description: A full body workout that targets all areas of the body by combining continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate weight training. Each participate will use a standard barbell (weights added if needed) to perform a high number of repetitions for each targeted muscle group over the course of 45 minutes. Limited spots available.
Zumba
Times: Tuesday 6:00pm
Description: Zumba exercise classes are " fitness-parties " that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. Limited spots available.
